Malthouse Outdoor Stage

Malthouse Outdoor Stage is situated in the Ngargee Courtyard and neighboured by the Australian Centre for Contemporary Art (ACCA) and contemporary dance company Chunky Move. The large-scale, custom built amphitheatre lives in the beating heart of Melbourne’s contemporary arts precinct and pulsates with a welcoming, lively energy.

In the open-air, beneath blue skies or a blanket of stars, MOS is where leading performing arts and cultural organisations converge to showcase an array of incredible live events. There’s music, dance, comedy, workshops, talks, and theatre—this newly constructed stage has exciting experiences for all.

Malthouse Outdoor Stage had its premiere season in 2021. Aussie talents Mildlife, Kaiit, Lano & Woodley, Paul Kelly, Jude Perl and many more graced the stage. Keep an eye out for announcements about future events.
