Malthouse Outdoor Stage

Malthouse Outdoor Stage—as the name suggests—is an outdoor performance venue. The seating area is not covered and we play in all weather conditions so long as it is deemed safe to proceed. Usually, performances proceed if there is light rain, however sometimes it will be necessary to cancel a performance. In these instances, we will make every effort to contact you via email and SMS before 4pm on the day of the performance. If you have not received communications from us at this time, then the performance will proceed as planned.

If a performance is cancelled due to weather conditions prior to the schedule start time, patrons will be offered a refund or exchange (if one is available) in line with our standard ticketing terms and conditions.

If unexpected adverse weather occurs during a performance, the performance may be halted and restarted once the adverse weather has passed and it is deemed safe to proceed. It may be necessary to cancel a performance after it has started due to unexpected adverse weather, and in these instances refunds and exchanges will be issued at the discretion of the Presenter.
