Our priority is to keep you safe as we adapt to the changing government restrictions for events in Victoria.

In planning events for the Malthouse Outdoor Stage, it was our goal to get as many audience members into the space as possible, after almost a year without live performance. To do that, we looked at every way of maximising the number of people we can fit in the amphitheatre, while still following current government restrictions to keep everyone safe.

A change in government restrictions means you are no longer required to keep social distance between groups. Therefore, we are allowing multiple groups to sit at the outdoor cabaret tables that can accommodate six audience members.

Bookings are now available in groups of two, and any group size that is a multiple of two. Please be aware that you may be sharing a table with other audience members.

You will still be required to check in on entry and adhere to our venue's COVID-Safe rules.

While you are at at the Malthouse Outdoor Stage, our priority is to keep you safe while you enjoy the show. We will continue to adapt to the new changes in restrictions as we bring live performance back to our stages again.

We play rain, hail or shine unless it is deemed unsafe to proceed. If it is necessary to cancel an event, we will contact you via email and SMS. Wherever possible we will notify patrons in advance of the scheduled event time.
