Hosted by Bloomshed, this scratch night of sorts is a delightfully messy hybrid of many things. Think Shark Tank meets Model UN, meets frenzied late night delirium.  

Guest artists will present a cacophonous degustation of early stage ideas, responding to the social, cultural, and political nonsense shaping our current times. They do not present finished products, but propositions, demands, and speculative interrogations.  

Audiences are not passive observers, and are invited to respond with thoughts and collective fervor. Together we shape this testing ground and imagine our futures together.  

Proceedings will be imperfect, ideas will be tested, policy outcomes not guaranteed. That is a Congress Promise!
