How do you write a new Australian play? Where do you start? How do you know if you’re on the right track? And most importantly, how do you keep it dramatic?

After (nearly) two decades of playwriting, Malthouse New Work Associate and award-winning playwright Keziah Warner talks you through the advice and questions she always keeps in mind when approaching a new work.

And then it’s over to you to ask any question you’ve ever had about being a playwright. Writers’ block, idea generation, collaboration, career paths, bad reviews, dramaturgy, Malthouse… whatever you’d like to know. Keziah is an open book.
