Welcome to MALT Kitchen & Pantry

There is something on the menu to tickle everyone's tastebuds—with a range of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available. MALT has delicious breakfast and lunch goodies to sink your teeth into, including croque monsieurs, gourmet bagels, freshly baked muffins and pastries.

MALT is your daily pitstop for coffee with a delicious blend from local caffeine aficionados ST. ALi. Be greeted by MALT's friendly staff, who are ready to talk you through the menu and prepare your favourite hot beverages.

MALT Kitchen & Pantry is open 8am – 3pm for takeaway and dine in. MALT is also serving during events on Malthouse Outdoor Stage and is open for dinner and light meals before performances of Because The Night

Because The Night Premium Dining

Guests of Because The Night are warmly invited to enjoy a sumptuous dining experience as part of their visit to Elsinore.

Premium dining is available for the following Because The Night sessions:

TUESDAY – SUNDAY

7.30pm sitting / Following the 6pm performance
7pm sitting / Before the 8.30pm performance

Tables must be booked at least three days prior to the performance with a minimum of two guests for a shared banquet. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free substitutions available on request.

$45 per person. Entree + main.
$55 per person. Entree, main + dessert.

Whole roasted half chicken filled with sourdough, grilled zucchini, and parsley

Veal schnitzel, young cabbage slaw, and lemon cheeks

House made potato gem, parmesan salt, truffle mayonnaise

Grilled broccolini, chilli, lemon, and shallots

Leaf salad, compressed cucumber, herb and pickled fennel dressing
