FOLDING BEIJING: A READING
Malthouse Theatre presents an exclusive insight into the beginning stages of a new adaptation of Hao Jingfang's Hugo Award-winning novelette Folding Beijing.
Commissioned by Playking Productions and adapted by Daniel Keene, Jingfang's extraordinary vision of a hyper-developed future in which three cities coexist in one is brought to life through the vivid story of Lao Dao, a garbage collector who attempts to cross the great divide.
