Roger Donazzan, Member

A lawyer for 28 years who specialised in corporate, commercial, international, property law and strategic business advice. Roger is a former Chairman of Herbert Geer & Rundle Lawyers and also a former partner with Minter Ellison Lawyers. Since 2005 he has been the Executive Chairman of Harmony Resorts Niseko Pty Ltd. a Japanese focused resort owner and developer.

John Gibbins, Member

John is currently a partner with Deloitte in the Enterprise Risk Services Group, focussing on new business development and growth strategies. John has 27years experience as a partner specialising in external and internal audit. John is also currently responsible for outsourced internal audit functions. This has included risk reviews together with control optimisation and process re-engineering.
