Conditions of Sale
This ticket is sold by Playbox Malthouse Ltd ABN 68 005 374 836
through the
Malthouse Box Office on behalf of the "Seller" (the venue
and/or promoter(s),
details of which are available from Malthouse Box Office) and all
complaints
and claims are the responsibility of the Seller and not the Malthouse
Box Office.
This ticket is sold subject to the Seller's Conditions of Sale,
a copy of which is
available for inspection at the time of purchase and/or collection
of this ticket
and also (to the extent that they are not inconsistent with the
Seller's Conditions
of Sale) the following:

A change in the personal circumstances
of the Purchaser does not
entitle the Purchaser to return or exchange the ticket. |
| 2. |
The Seller reserves the right
to: add, withdraw or substitute artists;
vary advertised programs, seating arrangements and audience
capacity; and refuse admission with reasonable cause. |
| 3. |
Cameras and tape recorders may
not be permitted. Late arrivals may
result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the performance.
The Seller requests that all pagers and mobile telephones be
turned
off before entry. |
| 4. |
Ticket holders enter the venue
at their own risk. |
Fees exchanges and refunds
There is a $2 per ticket booking fee for purchases made by phone
or online.
There is NO $2 booking fee for subscriber tickets but there is a
one-off $3
subscription fee for processing each subscription booking form.
Malthouse Theatre subscribers are entitled to one free ticket exchange
voucher
PER SEASON. All other exchanges are at a cost of $3.00 per TRANSACTION.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
Concession entitlements
For Concession priced tickets you will need to quote concession
card numbers
for anyone who is a pensioner, senior or full-time student or unemployed.
The CUB Malthouse is affiliated with the Companion Card initiative,
which entitles the holder of a Companion Card to a complimentary
ticket for their carer when purchasing a ticket for themselves.

Seating preferences
Merlyn and Beckett Theatre performances have reserved seating.
Tower Theatre is by general admission seating.
For subscribers, if you wish to sit with friends, you MUST send
your forms in
together. If you require any additional assistance with your seating
(eg. for
wheelchair access or hearing concerns), please inform Box Office
staff when
making your booking or detail below so that we can arrange suitable
seating.
Please note seating preferences are a guide only and do not guarantee
allocation in the nominated area.
Access
If you require wheelchair access or other assistance at Malthouse
Theatre,
please let our Box Office staff know about your special needs when
you book
or subscribe.
Donations
Donations to the company support new projects, professional development
for artists, programming and general operations.
All donations over $500 are acknowledged in the foyer of our home,
The CUB Malthouse. Donations of $2 or more are fully tax-deductible.
You can make a donation when you book or subscribe.
Student Rush tickets
Student Rush tickets can be purchased half an hour before the show.
Proof of full-time student concession is required.
THINGS ON SUNDAY tickets
All subscribers are entitled to free THINGS ON SUNDAY tickets.
Subscribers are asked to ring the Box Office on 03 9685 5111 to
reserve
a ticket.
Complimentary tickets
Holders of complimentary tickets need to arrive at Box Office half
an hour
before the performance begins. Ticket holders are asked to contact
Box Office on 03 9685 5111 if they are unable to attend the performance.
