Artist-Teachers

For many young people, teachers are the first artists and practitioners they meet. In a school setting, Artist-Teachers are responsible not just for the delivery of curriculum but also for instilling cultural life into a school.

Here are some ways we can help nourish you and your practice and passion for the performing arts.

Teacher PD (Pamper Days)

A day to talk theatre, see theatre and make theatre. Pamper Days are an opportunity to gather and share ideas as educators and practitioners.

Format of the day includes:

  • A chance to meet and hear from your colleagues
  • Malthouse Theatre artist discussion
  • Coffee and morning tea
  • Workshop
  • Drink and nibbles
  • Tickets to a Malthouse Theatre Show

We are offering two Teacher PD (Pampers Days) in 2012.

Teachers are welcome to attend up to 3 Preview performances in the 2012 season subject to availability.
